Randy Summey is a seasoned real estate broker and broker/associate in Charlotte County Florida with over a decade of experience in real estate additionally he brings an additional 15 plus years in management and customer service.
Randy successfully negotiated and closed over 20 transactions in his first year of business in 2014 and has continued to assist both buyers and sellers over the 10 years since, both as an agent and broker leading dozens of agents through the complexities of an ever changing real estate market..
Randy was in the local association of realtors PGPCNP as a board director and in the important position of liaison for Professional Development. Contributing to the success of the board but, most importantly to the success of the over 1,000 agents in the association.
Randy played a pivotal role in establishing the Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty office at Fishermen's Village in Punta Gorda, FL. His contributions to the design and layout focused on enhancing both agent efficiency and delivering a superb customer experience. Under his leadership, the office expanded from 10 agents in 2018 to over 65 agents by the end of 2024. Prior to his real estate career,
Additionally, for over 15 years Randy served as a multi-state claims manager with Fortune 5 insurance carriers, including Progressive Insurance and Travelers Insurance.
Randy and his wife are passionate about their 2nd amendment rights and are very active in competition shooting events, such as Trap and Pistol. Randy and his wife of over 25 years, Susan, enjoy all outdoor activities.
